A massage modality that involves light rhythmic strokes to invigorate, relax, and or soothe the body. Best if needing a light touch and can be useful for stimulating nerve endings, and blood flow, overall promoting a good circulatory system to the client.

A manual therapy technique that is used to relieve pain and muscle tension. Acupressure is performed using fingers gradually pressing onto key points around the body to stimulate pain relief and muscle relaxation. The acupressure technique is used on trigger points within muscles and soft tissues.
