Victor Molokwu, CMT, AA Kinesiology

I am a certified massage therapist and Kinesiology graduate of Pacific College of Holistic Science. As an intuitive healer, I offer breath giving modalities focused on assisted stretching, myofascial release, and deep tissue specialization. With history in football, MMA, and the gym, I know firsthand how sore, worn out and damaged our bodies can get. My goal is to provide pain relief, expand range of motion, and decrease muscle tightness. With two years of experience in body work, I strive to learn as much as I can to assist others reach their wellness goals.

Services

Deep Tissue Massage

A technique that targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface. Deep tissue tends to involve slower strokes, with specific targeted friction across muscle grain to relieve as much tension as possible. Best choice for physically breaking down adhesions to relieve pain and aim to restore normal movement.

Swedish

A massage modality that involves light rhythmic strokes to invigorate, relax, and or soothe the body. Best if needing a light touch and can be useful for stimulating nerve endings, and blood flow, overall promoting a good circulatory system to the client.

Sports Massage

Intended for the active individual who may need specific muscle groups and or tissue targeted/ released. This is intended for relaxing the body, removing waste like lactic acid and recovery from high intensity activity.

Assisted Stretching

Intended for clients who are feeling tight, stagnant and immobile in certain parts of the body. Stretching can seem like a chore or may even be a bit dissatisfying if done by itself. Assisted stretching standing alone or paired with massage is intended to relieve pain, restore oxygen and restore wellness to the body.

Acupressure

A manual therapy technique that is used to relieve pain and muscle tension. Acupressure is performed using fingers gradually pressing onto key points around the body to stimulate pain relief and muscle relaxation. The acupressure technique is used on trigger points within muscles and soft tissues.
